Morgan Renee Live is your one-stop source for all things entertainment, focusing on concert, festival and fair development. MRL works directly with each venue from project onset to completion, handling all aspects of each event including talent selection and negotiation, advertising and event promotion, sponsorship development and coordination, and actual on-site production of each event.

To maximize revenue for MRL, venue, and client by creating, selling, and executing sponsorship programs to support each event. Position reports directly to MRL president.

• Plan and execute sponsorship program for each event, developing new programs as necessary, to ensure sponsorship goals are met or exceeded.
• Produce sales presentations targeted to prospective sponsors and venue.
• Oversee coordination and execution of on-site sponsor elements – i.e. product sampling, signage, display, VIP Hospitality, etc.
• Serve as liaison between MRL, venue, and sponsors.
• Work closely with venue management to ensure smooth operation of event.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with both sponsors and venue.

• Minimum of two years college required. Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Minimum three years outside B to B sales experience.
• Proven ability to generate and close sales to meet established revenue goals.
• Aggressive, creative, flexible, high energy.
• Goal driven.
• Strong initiative and ability to work independently.
• Excellent and professional oral and written communication skills.
• Excellent follow up and customer service skills.
• Ability to develop and nurture professional relationships
• Sufficient understanding of entertainment and advertising industries.
• Computer proficiency in Word, Excel, Power Point, Adobe.
• Professional presence and proficiency in all social media – Facebook, Twitter, Instagram
• Professional presence and demeanor. • Ability to understand and execute proper relationship management strategies both online and on site. • Thorough understanding of brand development and protection.
