Frank Taylor, Founder of Restin

Frank is a successful entrepreneur and community organizer in Washington, D.C. passionate about cross-sector collaboration and building a sustainable innovation economy. He speaks regularly on topics ranging from entrepreneurship and the Lean Startup method, to productivity hacks and strategic relationship building.

In addition to running his company Restin, Frank created Collaborate, a 1,000 person innovation conference ( In its first year, Collaborate attracted top innovators from around the country representing a diverse group of industries and organizations. Keynote speakers included Tom Chi, co-founder of Google[x] and Megan Smith, the Chief Technology Officer of the United States. To fund the conference, Frank secured nearly half a million dollars of cash and in-kind sponsorship from partners like Verizon, Facebook, the Consumer Electronics Association, and Jones Lang LaSalle.

Frank regularly advises young entrepreneurs and volunteers his time as a mentor and judge with Lean Startup Machine, a 3 day intensive workshop teaching the principles of the Lean Startup method. Frank was recognized as one of the top 40 Entrepreneurs Under 40 in 2015 by Bisnow.
